What property maintenance services are available in Bulgaria?

Our core work covers lawn mowing, hedge and shrub trimming, garden maintenance, overgrown property clearing, land clearing, green-waste handling, recurring maintenance plans and pressure washing. We work with residential, rural, rental and selected commercial properties.

Why property maintenance varies across Bulgaria

Conditions differ considerably across the country. The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology reports average annual precipitation of around 500–550 mm in some parts of the Danube Plain and Thracian Lowland, compared with around 1,000–1,200 mm in mountain areas. Grass and vegetation therefore do not grow at the same rate everywhere.

For overgrown land, burning cut vegetation is not an appropriate disposal method. The Ministry of Environment and Water designated 1 April to 31 October 2026 as the fire-danger season in protected territories and instructed local authorities not to allow the burning of stubble and dry grass.

Two plots of the same size can require very different amounts of work. Dense saplings, steep ground, hidden waste and difficult access matter more than square metres alone.

Property maintenance questions

Can you clear a property that has been untouched for months?

Yes. We normally assess current photos or video first, then decide whether the work needs mowing, brush cutting, hedge reduction, clearing or a combination of services.

Do you offer recurring maintenance?

Yes. Once a property is under control, recurring visits can be arranged according to the season and rate of growth.

Which areas do you cover?

Our main service areas include Sofia, Pravets, Botevgrad, Etropole, Veliko Tarnovo and selected surrounding locations in Central Bulgaria.
